Just because I’m a physio, doesn’t mean I don’t hold tension where I shouldn’t!

But at least I’ve realised it before it settles in to becomes a nagging ache  in the area between my neck and my shoulder. I’ve relaxed it now, shoulder blades glide down my back, back of my neck elongates taller and allowed my jaw and eyes to relax. Let’s see how long I can hold it for before it all sneaks on again :-)
